Since 02/2023: Research Associate (PostDoc), Institute for Industrial/Organizational and Social Psychology, Technical University of Braunschweig, Germany.
Research focus on meetings, virtual teamwork, cooperation & collaboration, and group processes. Additional research on diversity in social networks and change readiness in organizations. Researched contexts include virtual work, future mobility, and circular economy. Project coordination of MIAMy (Accelerating Market Introduction of Autonomous Mobility), accompanying research of the research campus Open Hybrid LabFactory (OHLF), and cooperation research in KREIS (Nachhaltig Arbeiten in der Kreislaufwirtschaft; Working Sustainably in Circular Economy). Teaching and exam coordination. Activities include development of trainings and interventions for practice partners to transfer research into practical application.
